Do you have a Freeloader?

It's Memorial Day weekend and I regret I didn't write this sooner because I know so many of you could really use the Freeloader child carrier.  But at the same time, I wanted to really get to know this lightweight compact carrier because it has to be one of the coolest child carriers I've ever seen! I couldn't be more ecstatic to give you the run down!

The Freeloader Child Carrier is a lightweight (5.8 pounds to be exact), compact, super easy to use, portable child carrier.  But the quality materials and the design are top notch, which is part of the reason why we wanted to share it with you!  The Freeloader was developed to carry kids up to 80 pounds! The Freeloader is for your toddlers, your tired kiddos, and even your kiddos with disabilities.  The Freeloader makes sure families don't have to slow down for a kiddo that can't keep up; that families can keep on with their adventures without having to worry about a stroller or a baby on the hip.  The Freeloader is designed to evenly distribute the child's weight on the carriers hips so not to cause any back pain or tension as well.

We are a very busy family from the trails in our own back yard to the parks in town and adventures on vacation.   But kids get tired quickly and it can suck to carrying a baby on your hip while we're out and about.  Until I found the Freeloader, I really figured I would just stay home with Baby Kolton while the rest of the family continued on with some summer adventures.  Of course we could utilize a stroller or a wagon but those take up so much room in the car, and I really couldn't imagine pushing a stroller up and down some of the trails around here.  We would definitely end up carrying the stroller and that's just frustrating to say the least.   It's just not gonna work!

The Freeloader is compact enough I can actually just leave it in the car so it's always there when we make spur of the moment plans.  We can take it anywhere! Especially all those crazy trails!  We can truly utilize the Freeloader on any adventure and not have to worry about baby Kolton getting too tired or the trails being too difficult.

Perfect pockets for all our small
necessities.

We have been testing it out with Tator, her mom my best friend and Maison, all gave it a try so I could take some pictures for all of you. The Freeloader is easy enough even Maison could get it all on plus there's a ton of zipper pockets for things like bug spray, sun screen, wallet, keys, phone, ect.

Taylor was able to crawl right on and she was easily buckled even though at first I forgotten to adjust the straps so they appropriately fit her.  The adjustable straps on the 5 point harness with foot stirrups is great! I really feel like the kids are well supported, comfortable with the padding, and safe which is of course the most important quality.

Most of all, the Freeloader goes places a stroller wont without slowing us down and that's important for us as a busy family!  Be sure to check out Freeloader for yourself at the following links;

Hevy duty construction!
Thick well sculpted padding for
the best comfort!

Make up for Mom on the Go- Mineral Hygienics

If it wasn't for "easy" make up I wouldn't wear any at all.  I swear I won't become that "new mom" who goes out in her pajamas or forgets more often than not to brush her hair.  But make up? Ok, let's play this out.  Baby Kolton's diaper is dry- check! Fed- Check! diaper bag packed- check! Wallet in purse- check!  I have shoes and an appropriate shirt on- Check! crap Kolton's diapers wet again... Fixed now what was I doing?  See the issue here?  So I'll say it again if it wasn't for easy make up, I wouldn't wear any at all.

That's why I love Mineral Hygienics.  I've used their products before and was excited when they said we could feature them on Back Road Momma.

So what did we get?  We received a Minteral Hygienics Mini Starter Kit which includes 2 shades of Mineral Hygienics SPF foundation, a full coverage kabuki brush, and a detailed how-to guide.  Someone was doing some smart thinking when they included 2 shades into these kits.  Although I'm currently using the lighter shade, my skin tone will change the more I'm outside and it's only a matter of time before I need the darker foundation.  I love that these kits include both!

The kabuki brush that comes with these kits are amazing!  When I say high quality I really REALLY mean it with this brush!  Check out this picture with two brushes. Nope, they didn't send me two in this order.  Can you tell which one is over 5 years old?! I wouldn't have been able to either except I know which one I grabbed out of my make up bag.  Even though I had ran out of Mineral hygienics foundation years ago, I continued to use the brush for everything bronzer and other face powders and it's held up as good as new.

With the kabuki brush (because a good brush is really essential) it takes me just about 2 minutes to put on the mineral hygienics foundation and covers really well.  My dark circles and acne issues are pretty well covered while still having a very natural look instead of caked on like liquid foundation. The mineral  foundation is easy to apply, lightweight, covers really well, and last all day regardless how much running I do.  Yesterday I spent a couple minutes putting on my make up before an early doctors appointment. Then throughout the day, Baby Kolton and I went shopping, ran erans, did housework, outside chores, and a school function for Jeramiah.  The only thing I had to reapply was my eye liner and chap stick!  My foundation was set and still covering well!

I had no intentions of using this picture of me here but I figured after a long day it really wasn't too bad.  This was 12 + Hours after applying the Minteral Hygienics foundation.

Mineral hygienics is a wonderful foundation for a busy mom on the go!  Be sure to head over to their website and find your perfect shade.

Reward your furbabies with Pet Treater

I seriously think she knew I needed this picture.  She sat right down, posed,
and when I was done she got up and started exploring the goodies!
Our family is growing again..  I introduce you to Moxi our newest puppy.  She's such a good little wiener dog so far I'm really impressed with her.  She keeps the chickens off the porch without eating them and the other day the pigs got out and she went crazy trying to get my attention and get me outside.  I've never seen anything move that fast! She would run inside, spin in circles, bark like crazy, run back outside keeping the pigs away from the porch, and then back and forth over and over until I got out side with feed to lead them back to their pin.  Moxie girl is such a good puppy and I'm grateful for our Pet Treater box to reward her and Tally for being so good.

Last week we received our first Pet Treater box and I was shocked at how many items were stuffed inside.  There was seriously a little bit of everything and all the products included were full size.

What's the deal? For $24.99 you get 7-9 full sized products.  What's in the May Pet Treater box?  3 treats, 2 toys, and 2 hygiene products.

Moxi, Tally, and the pigs all enjoyed playing with the toys that came in our Pet Treater box!  Moxi is playing with the Zoink! toy which is a purple rubber treat dispensing toy.  She loved the chicken jerky sticks from Scout & Zoe's that came in our box and pushed that toy around forever trying to get the treats out.  Both her and Tally really enjoyed the jerky sticks and I like that they are made out of two ingredients, chicken and vegetable glycerin.  That's it, just two ingredients!  Props to Pet Treater for finding Scout & Zoe's.

Now when we signed up for the Pet Treater box we signed up with Tally in mind so the Ruff & Tuff Double Tug toy is the right size for Tally but she's getting old and kinda lazy so only played with it for a minute.  Layla however has taught the pigs how to play fetch... Wow now that I say that I see how crazy it sounds but Layla took the double tug toy over to Bacon and Pork Chop and they fetched it back and forth with her for a little while.  It was too funny!

The hygiene products we received in the May Pet Treater box are kinda cool!!  I love the convenience of spray-on shampoo from Magic Coat.  Tally's skin is sensitive so the hypo-allergenic shampoo with oatmeal is great for her!  And I didn't even know there was such thing as Insect Repellent Wipes for dogs.  Both dogs have their flea and tick medication but we seriously live in the middle of the woods and even the medication from the vets office isn't perfect so these wipes add just that much more protection and how can you beat flea and tick protection that you simply wipe on?

Now how about those snacks?  Tally and Moxi shared the treat from Emmy's Gourmet Canine Creations and the peanut butter flavored ice cream from Puppy Scoops.  I thought the ice cream was really neat because when we received it it came in the same type of container as a single serving of people ice cream but it was actually in a bag inside the container. I mixed the powder with some hot tap water and then stuck it in the freezer over night.  The girls loved it!!  All gone!

The Pet Treater box is an awesome value for all the goodies you receive!   We love the variety and the girls loved all the goodies!  I love rewarding my animals for being such good members of the family and Moxi has already proved she's going to be a good watch dog even if we are out here in the middle of no where.  We love our fur babies and the Pet Treater box is the perfect way to show them just how much!

Instant Homemade Ice Cream with Zoku Ice Cream Maker

The temperatures are rising and the kids are almost out for summer.  So what's better than homemade ice cream?  How about homemade ice cream that can be made in just a couple of minutes.  That's right no turning and churning and "patiently" waiting!

Do you remember our post on the Zoku Pop Maker?   GUESS WHAT!!  They also have an ice cream maker!  And we got to try it out!

So turning and churning right?  I thought it was so neat when grandpa would make home made ice cream when we were little.  But the ice cream makers by hand can get tiring and they are all kinda noisy because your moving that ice around the canister.  This perfect ice cream bowl has neither of those issues.

How's it work?  First you need your inner bowl frozen so they recommend you leave it in the freezer for 12 hours.  We store ours in the freezer beside the pop maker so they are both always ready when we are.  Once your bowl is frozen you add your contents and frequently stir with the heavy duty plastic spoon they provided.  Or of course you can use your own. I've done that too.  But just remember to stir frequently and I try to remember to scrape the edges to allow the ice cream to freeze faster.  In about 10 minutes your ice cream is frozen and ready to enjoy!  Sure beats waiting hours for the machine to freeze it or running all the way into town to spend money and get ice cream.

The inner frozen bowl also places inside the clear plastic bowl so your hands won't get cold while your enjoying your treat.  It's really a great well thought concept.

My favorite detail about the Zoku Ice Cream Maker is we can make any flavor and any time!  (assuming we have the ingredients).

I received a package of Ice Cream in my PMS Package Subscription Box and the Zoku Ice Cream bowl is so easy to use!  The convienence and ease to use along with the whole ice cream factor makes this another one of our favorite kitchen accessories!  Be sure to check out Zoku and all their products at the following links.  They sure are becoming a household favorite here!

Take a Great Adventure with Nomadik

Last week, Baby Kolton found his favorite subscription box from Bookroo, and this week Daddy found his favorite subscription box which is from Nomadik!  We have been really excited to see what was going to be included in our Nomadik box which is an outdoors, adventure challenging box.  It's so cool!!!

The deal: $29.99 the Nomadik includes 3-6 gear items, adventure tips, stories, travel hacks and brand discounts.  There is also a new Nomadik Adventure Challenge every month where you can win $50+ of gear!  One month the Nomadik challenge was to go on a hike somewhere new, take a picture of the challenge card while your there, and upload the picture and a caption of your favorite part of the hike to instagram or e-mail it to them.  That's so SIMPLE and there's 4 winners!

So what's in the box?  Well my box could very well be different from your box.  And your box could very well be different from your friends box.  Why?  Because when you create your account you take a questionnaire to set up your profile and then the boxes are created to fulfill your interest and desires.  Each box is personalized based off of your profile and 100% satisfaction is guaranteed!  Don't love a product?  Give them a call.  Love a product? Get a discount from the brand!  That's so cool! Each box is valued up to $50 as well.

So how did Nomadik do with our box?  Oh my goodness I was ecstatic to see the Tecnu Original Poison Ivy remover. Oh and it couldn't have came at a better time!  Maison and I are both highly allergic to poison ivy and the pigs got out the other day while I was home alone so guess who trampled right through a batch of those nasty nasty leaves... Yup this girl!  This stuff is amazing and it's been a long time household product here!  Great Job Nomadik because you never know when hiking through the woods someone will come in contact with those horrible horrible leaves!  So far the couple spots on my leg and feet have been clearing up perfectly!!

Now the Back flip 2 liter Hydration Pack from Mazama Designs was a fight right out of the box.  Both boys tried stealing it but I "nicely" explained that was hubby's and to "get back jack!"  This thing is pretty cool and we have the appropriate backpack for it so that's kinda exciting too!  The green cap you see is the easy-to-fill flip cap that has a push button release and a locking switch so it doesn't leak everywhere.  I'm so thrilled with this!!!

So check out that Noso patchdazzle!  I had never heard of them before but hubby said they are a kick butt patch kit that will repair holes in our outdoors gear!  He said they work great!  I'll let you know as soon as we need them.  (Not that I'm not taking his word for it... I just don't need it yet.)

Oh and that card there is the Challenge Card I was telling you about.  Not only does it have the challenge, it contains info on the products, discount codes for some of the brands, and Nomadik Tips.

Tip number 4. "It may be TMI for some folks, but the color of your urine is a great way to gauge your hydration level.  It should always be pale yellow in color."
I think they are being funny but it's very true!

Hubby loved the Chocolate Sea Salt RXBAR.  So that was a nice treat. But I love that I can send him to work next week with these hydration drink mix. He works outdoors 90% of the time and it's really getting hot here so a quick pick me up can't hurt!

So overall, This Nomadik Box contained a one large product, and several other products that you didn't know you needed until you need them! Everything is very useful and this is an excellent box for the outdoors lover!

The Nomadik great for the outdoors and adventure lover!  I also love their challenges! Nomadik is giving all our readers a 10% off discount that can be used at checkout.  Use code:

May Goodie Box is here!

It's here! Our May Daily Goodie Box is here!   "It's more than just Free Samples" so be sure to head over to their website and register for your own.  There are so many people that request a box and not everyone gets approved their first try.  The trick of it is, if you get chosen make sure you go back and review the products on their website so you can get another box! Totally easy peasy and just takes a couple minutes.

So this month, there was one sample of each product included and it kinda looks like we have a health and wellness theme going on.  A complete list with links is provided at the end of this page.

My favorite products in the May Goodie Box are the Real Chemistry Facial Peel and the Bug Protector Bug Repellent Spray.  I used the facial peel in the shower yesterday and was really surprised to see it gently remove the dead skin from my face.  I didn't realize my face needed it so bad that I actually turned around and did it a second time.  The bug protector's active ingredients are essential oils and the handy purse sized spray has a really nice lemon scent.

The Cashew Cacao Hemp Protein Bar is packed with fruit, nuts, and cocoa powder.  I love the mixture and actually ate the bar for breakfast one morning with my coffee.  The other snack the May Goodie Box included is the baked Ranch Vegetable Crisps.  Baked is always better. They're almost a cross between a chip and a cracker with how crunchy they are and their shape.  They would be great for dipping into a ranch or a cheese dip!  I'll have to watch for them in the stores.

Also included in the May Goodie Box is a Liquid Ice Energy Drink , the Ultima Replenisher Electrolyte Powder and the Herbal Zap- Digestive Support Herbal Supplement.  What a neat variety for summer.  Unfortunately, I'll have to pass these on to hubby to try.  Since I'm still nursing I try to stay away from anything that has the word "supplement" on it and especially an energy drink  But of course each month the Goodie Box products change so it's more the variety and quality of the products that are of the most importance.

The DayClear Pain reliever is a really neat concept for people who can't take medication in a pill form, but one dose is that entire bottle.  I'm also not about to try a medication just to tell you how it works or taste.  I really don't like taking medication even when I need it so I'll have to pass all together on this one.  I'm also not really sure if anyone in our house will want to drink that entire almost 2 ounce bottle rather than simply taking a Tylonal for a headache or other pain.

And of course something fun with the Enfusia Bath Bomb but unfortunately we only have a shower right now so that's not going to be a product I'll get to try either.

I do wish I could have tried more of the products in the May Goodie Box but I suppose there's always next time.  It seems the company really tries to include a good variety with some quality products.  Be sure to see if you can get a box at the following links including Facebook where they are constantly giving boxes away.

Enfusia - Bath Bomb
Good Natured - Baked Ranch Vegetable Crisps
Liquid Ice - Energy Drinks
Evo Hemp - Cashew Cacao Hemp Protein Bar
Ultima Replenisher - Electrolyte Powder
Herbal Zap - Digestive Support Herbal Supplement
DayClear - Pain Reliever
Real Chemistry - Deluxe Luminous 3 Minute Peel
Bug Protector - Mosquito Repellent

New Taste for the Kitchen with Degustabox

We love the opportunity to try new products, ya know the ones that when your grocery shopping you wouldn't be reaching for on the shelves because you've never tried THAT before.  We have a tendency of grabbing the same noodles, the same BBQ sauce, the same drinks and snacks every shopping trip because that's what we're used to.  We as a society are creatures of habit, unfortunately.  So when we find a company that forces us outside our comfort zones with grocery products that we would actually use, I get kinda excited to share that with all of you.

Degustabox does just that! Degustabox introduced us to several companies that we hadn't heard of before.  Ones of which I have to admit we will be looking for in the future for.

So what's the deal?  For $19.99 a month you get 9-14 different full sized or sample products.  Degustabox is a subscription box that helps you try new products each and every month.

Hows the variety? The May Degustabox included a drink, candy, sauces, snacks, a meal, and an element of a meal.  There's really enough products to keep you busy for a couple of days for sure!

Let's touch base on some of the products.   Post grape-nuts trail mix Crunch Cranberry Vanilla cereal is a healthy breakfast when you want something sweet, crunchy, and simple.  With Baby Kolton I welcome an easy bowl of cereal that I can prepare and eat in just a few minutes because I never know when he's gonna let'r rip and need me.  We haven't had the opportunity to try the Explore Cuisine chickpea pasta yet.  I'm going to make that this weekend!  But the Goya green salsa and Rufus Teague BBQ sauce were amazing! Hubby has put the Goya green salsa on everything from his eggs to steak.  He is such a hot sauce kinda guy and this salsa has a ton of flavor.  Everyone has loved Rufus Honey Sweet BBQ Sauce that we've only had the bottle a week and it's almost gone!  The kids and I have put it on chicken, a pork loin, and used it for dipping chicken nuggets and fries.  I love the sweet smokey flavor and we will be looking for it in our next shopping trip.

I've never been a potato chip gal until the last couple of years.  The Deep River Snacks Sweet Maui Onion baked chips were great!  They are a thick crunchy potato chip with an actual sweet and salty flavor.  They are sweeter than the traditional sweet onion chip and just seem to have so much more flavor! Deep River Snacks is another product we will be replacing our current chips with if I can find them in the market. Indiana Kettlecorn and the Cello Whisps were also a great variety snacks to include in the Degustabox.  Who doesn't like trying new snacks?

Oh but I've always been a sweets girl.... and the Goya Marla Cookies were awesome!  They are like a grahm cracker cookie and were great with my coffee in the morning, and as a snack before bed.  Degustabox includes an information pamphet with their box and it states these are from Spain.  I love them!!!  And totally appreciate the information pamphlet that tells us the cost of each product and a little information on it.  These cookies for the entire package which I regret to inform you was torn when I devoured the cookies, was only $.89 cents!  The package of cookies actually took me a couple days to eat so ya can't beat all that for $.89 cents!  I should have been more careful...

So while we're talking about sweets....  Not one but two coupons for Zaffi Taffy the Clean Teeth Taffy.  I just thought it was yummy, I didn't realize the "candy" had a purpose...  Sugar free, gluten free, nut-free, dairy-free, (hey Tator can eat this!) Vegan, and kosher and made right here in the states.  Interesting enough, I loved the samples and am off to Walgreens this afternoon to use my coupons!  I'm not sure I'll be able to use as directed for clean teeth as they were kinda yummy and more suitable as a snack. ;)   Oh and the Karma Probiotics water, I couldn't really tell it was just flavored water.  It has so much more flavor than traditional flavored water.  Infused with 10X more Probiotics than yogurt it will totally be on our shopping list for daily use and when the kids get sick.  The doctor always says push yogurt or supplement with a probiotic powder. This water in my opinion is a way better option.

So, how does the Degustabox stand up?  Well if your looking for the opportunity to try new products and have them delivered right to your door, check them out at the following links;

Fair Advantage Game for All Ages- Shark Bite

Anyone wanna go fishing?  We got another game for family game night where you can do just that!
Well the table top version anyways!

The monstrous table top shark has eaten all the fish and you have to roll the die to see how many fish to catch right out of the sharks mouth!  There's 12 total sea creatures in the shark to be caught and the wrong one will wake up the shark as he will spring up and shut his mouth!  Whoever has the most fish when he closes his mouth wins!

Shark Bite is totally simple and very easy!  Rated for ages 4 and up but it's basic enough with a little help I think younger children could easily enjoy the game.  I caught the kids outside playing this one at the table today.  We have all ages of kids over so this game is perfect for our house.  We have a wide age range of kids between our own and our little visitors this is a great game for our house.

Shark Bite is also one of those games that it doesn't really matter how old you are or how much skill you have, it's a fair game for everyone because the ending is entirely up to the shark.   I think this gives the littles a fair advantage which anymore is kinda nice.  No chances for cheating and that reduces the risk of fighting.  Hey, every little bit helps! And that's what makes it a perfect game for the entire family!

4 Popsicle Recipes you can't live without! Any flavor!

  1. A few weeks ago we received a ZOKU Quick Pop Maker which we absolutely love! (Read that review here) I love how when we keep it in the freezer it takes just minutes to make a popsicle.  So I've been doing some searching to find the easiest, quickest, and best popsicle recipes out there.

  2. I've narrowed it down to 4!  With these 4 recipes you can seriously create thousands of different popsicles.  With summer coming up, who wouldn't love a cool treat!  And with the ease of the ZOKU you can have it in minutes!

  3. Easy Yogurt Pop
  4. 1 Cup yogurt flavor of choice
2 Tablespoons of honey for sweetening- you may use more or       less depending on taste

Add chopped fruit if desired and blend to mix honey and yogurt.

I used Chabani's Strawberry Rhubarb low-fat Greek Yogurt Flip which was so good!  It has some crunchy graham cracker pieces mixed in with creamy frosting chunks.  It really added some texture to my popsicle
      1 (6g) unsweetened Kool-Aid powdered drink mix
1 (3oz) box of Jello gelatin
      3/4 cup granulated sugar
      1 cups boiling water
      1 cups cold water

Mix together Kool-aid, jello, and sugar well.  This recipe is too large to use all at once in a ZOKU maker.  So divide the powder combination in half and set one half aside for another time.

Stir in 1 cup of boiling water to dissolve powder combination well.  Stir in cold water.  Pour into molds.

If using traditional popsicle molds, do not divide and separate and use 2 cups of boiling water and 2 cups of cold water.

1 pkg of Jello Instant pudding
2 cups cold milk
1 cup thawed cool whip

Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk for 2 minute
Stir in cool whip
Pour into Zoku

1/3 cup sugar
2 cups fruit juice

In a small saucepan, bring sugar and 1/3 cup of water to boil over high heat stirring until sugar dissolves.  Transfer to a 4-cup liquid measuring up or medium bowl and refrigerate until cool, about 30 minutes.  Stir in juice and pour into pop maker.

Or.....  You can cheat like I did and use a packet of Crystal Light...  This packet I found on Amazon and it makes 2 gallons!  But I only added half the water and it made a super sweet (sugar free) Rasberry popsicle.  TOO TOO GOOD!

Metal Meat Claws for the Grill from Cave Tools

We grill a lot!  And by a lot I mean hubby even grills when it rains whether that means moving the grill slightly in the garage, under the porch, or toughing it out in the rain.  Don't worry... We haven't burnt the house down (yet). Just kidding!

Lately, I've been looking for anything to make hubby's day a little easier and grill tools are right up his ally.  Anything to do with the grill or being outside is perfect for him so I knew Cave Tools would be a hit.

I ordered him these metal meat claws from Cave Tools and was really surprised at how sturdy and well made they actually are.  The slightly curved claw is made of a thick and strong stainless steal making them great for picking up large pieces of meat out of the crock pot or off the grill.

These made lifting the chicken out of the crock pot SOOOOOO much easier yesterday when I made grandma's sticky chicken.  The black plastic handle is also easy to hold and grip on to.

Hubby used them this weekend when he grilled and was able to shredded the meat within about a minute compared to about 5 to 10 that it would have taken with a large fork and knives.  Yes, they are sharp even considering the very straight edged cut design.  If you have been following along, you know my kids are pretty reckless so I'll be keeping the box they came in to store them so one they don't get lost and two the kids don't reach in a drawer and scrape the snot out of themselves.  Anyone else's kids just go 90 to nothing some days?

These metal meat claws definitely do what they are supposed to do!  Turns out I'll be using them too even though they were "for hubby".  Be sure to check them out at the following links and think about Dad... Is your Dad a griller? Or is Mom the cook of the house?  These are great for both of us!

Step out of the box with EarFleek

I got the cutest pair of earrings last week from EarFleek last week and learned something new!

So for $3.49 a month, that's the complete total with shipping, you can gift yourself or someone else a cute pair of earrings every single month!  Signing up is super easy.  You can pick the style of earrings you would like to receive or you can choose a random package.  Plus they have a prepay option which gives you a little bit of a discount.

I choose Minimalist but Groovy and this is the pair of earrings I received.  They came in a protective pouch which was great because we've received jewelry before that's been tangled up or damaged from shipping.  They are cute as can be but I'm a little old fashion and believe in earring backs.  I emailed EarFleek and they said these were "Threaders".  OK I admit it, I googled threader earrings and was actually in awww that I had not noticed these before.  Oh my goodness have I been hiding under a rock?!  So check out what I can do with threaders!  You can just tug on them a little bit to change the entire look!  I love it!

For $3.49 you can't really go wrong with EarFleek.  I would have NEVER bought these earrings for myself but I'm so glad I received them from EarFleek.  And I think that's what makes subscription boxes so much fun!  It's all about trying new things and stepping out of the box... or into a subscription box for that matter.

So if you don't like surprises, they have an endless selection of earrings you can purchase directly from the website.  With all the variety and countless pairs of earrings, it would be pretty hard not to find something to suite your wants and needs.  Check out EarFleek at the following links;

Catch the Fox he's stealing the chickens!

What's the fox hiding? Chickens in his pockets! Catch the Fox he's stealing your chickens!  Catch the Fox is for 2-4 players ages 4 and up but like most of the Goliath Games we've received I think it could be played ages 2 and up with a little help.

How to play: Roll the dice to see how many chickens you place in the fox's pockets. Once you place your chickens in his pockets you pet the fox “press his head” and then it's the next persons turn. At any time the Fox can lose his pants and the chickens go scattering! Hurry up and fill up your chicken coop to see who wins!

Catch the Fox is good for all ages, but the older boys really can swipe the chickens faster than the girls which may lead to some hurt feelings and “that's not fair” playing methods. This game is best played with kids in close age range for sure!

I like the element of surprise in Catch the Fox. You never know when his pants are going to fall tossing the chickens all over the table. It's like a fun little surprise and a race to see who can catch the most chickens.
Overall Catch the Fox is a great game to add to family game night. We enjoy games that are quick and easy because that allows each of the kids to pick a couple of games they want to play and we can work through all the games together.
