Kolton's Favorite Subscription Box- Bookroo!

Kolton found his favorite subscription box this month with Bookroo!  Bookroo is a book subscription box that includes handpicked books each month that are age oriented for your child or children.   We received the board book box which is great for children 0-2 1/2 and perfect for Baby Kolton!  But of course there are boxes for children of all ages and if you need to order more than one, you can get a discount!   The first thing I thought of when I opened up our box is how great would Bookroo be as a gift from a grandparent or other family members that don't live locally to your child because each book is also hand wrapped in the cutest paper.  Bookroo has done the work for you and month after month the kids can receive "Books from grandma"!  I just think that's the cutest thing ever!

Now how sweet is this?  I love that Kolton has siblings who can help out and want to help out.  They get so excited when there's a new book for him because that means they can cuddle and coddle as they read.   It just totally warms my heart.  Today Jeramiah seen I had these three books out from Bookroo and asked if he could read to Kolton.  Yup!  Of course!

Our Bookroo box had an adorable selection.  The first one you see Jeramiah reading to Kolton is Choo! Choo! Guess the Vehicle! which is a very basic level flap book.   Taylor who is in pre-k was also reading this one to Kolton.   It was too cute! I love that its interactive with the flaps and keeps the children guessing "What's that noise?".  Interactive books are great to stimulate the desire to read.

Color Wonder Hooray for Spring is another cute interactive book!  The color wheel on the side allows the children to mix and match colors in the illustrations as they work through the rheumatic text.

Kolton is so relaxed being read to! He just loves it!

Make a Wish Midas! is based on the Greek myth of Midas' golden touch but written for the youngest children to understand.  The re-writing of the story is totally adorable and very simple but you can read the myth on the last page which I through was kinda neat and pulled it all together.

Bookroo would make the perfect gift that sends wrapped surprises all year long!  I love this idea so much! Boxes start at $16.95 and like I said if you need to order more than one, you can contact them for a discount!
